The Ballast IP Capital Group

The BIPC Group's expertise in areas such as portfolio assessment, freedom-to-operate analysis, and monetization enables BIPC to formulate effective strategies for maximizing the value of IP portfolios.  BIPC has a deep understanding of the JOBS Act, which, when fully enacted, will enable crowdfinance and dramatically decrease the barriers to accessing capital.  BIPC believes that crowdfinance will lead to a new wave of technology-based startups, and that as this market matures, IP will be the differentiator between successful and unsuccessful raise events.  BIPC clients will be well-positioned to raise capital using the crowdfinance mechanisms enabled by the JOBS Act.  BIPC also matches the most promising technology-based companies with investors that understand the value of robust IP.
